Conference Status & Venue Information

As we all are aware that many facets of life have been altered by the coronavirus, it is important for us to ensure our community that ITAS has been taking preventive measures for the successful functioning of the healthcare conference.

Prism Events’ belief is to approach this situation with empathy and urgency. Our priority is the well-being of our employees, attendees and of the communities we serve, including our customers and partners. Communication is key during this time of constant change which is why ITAS is here to help businesses, insurers, government agencies and hospitals keep in regular contact with the relevant communities.

The ITAS conference is taking place on June 29, 30 and July 01 at MGM Grand, Las Vegas. Due to COVID-19, we have made sure that the hotel has spent a significant amount of time partnering with health experts and other officials to think through every aspect of the attendee experience, in order to develop Health and Safety Protocols.

MGM Grand conventions are being organized with utmost safety standards in place & adequate social distancing. We, along with MGM’s team, are working in line with the Nevada state authorities & regulations laid down by them. The team has worked with medical experts to develop a plan that allows us to welcome you back. Their “Seven-Point Safety Plan” puts your safety at the center of all we do. It is an extensive, multi-layered approach with guidance from public health experts. Our venue attests its compliance with the highest hygiene standards. The seven point safety plan is a detailed checklist that includes temperature checks, enhanced sanitisation, HVAC controls and incident response protocols along with safety and hygiene specialists to ensure safe procedures are in place for the resumption of the ITAS conference in line with local and international regulations, as well as recognised best practices.

Our goals are simple: Your safety and security are our topmost priority.
